THE OPENING DAY. COPPER KING WINS HANDICAP BUST AGAIN SUCCESSFUL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WOODVILLE, Wednesday. There was a large attendance and fine weather for the first day of the Woodville Jockey Club's meeting to-day. The track was in first-class order. The totalisator handled £0292, compared with £5812 on the first day at the last autumn meeting, when the win and place betting system was in operation.
