BANKRUPT FAILS TO EXPI/AIN. ' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, Wednesday. Thomas Goodall, whose bankruptcy followed a judgment against liim as executive officer of the Poverty Bay Freezers' Union, was before the Supreme Court to-day for examination in bankruptcy, and repeated liis former statements tliat ho had 110 recollection regarding the disposal of £420 that - had been withdrawn from the Savings Bank, nor of a two-up school at which he previously stated that he had lost money. Mr. Justice Rccd made an order adjourning the examination until the next fitting, and issued'a, summons calling upon, the "bankrupt at such sitting to show cause why ho should not he committed for jwmternpi of court. vi.
