PUKEKOHE PRODUCE.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Monday. There is a fair demand for the second crop of new potatoes at the present price, ■£7 15/ to £8 5/ per ton. Supplies up till Friday last were good, but there has been a small shortage since then, owing to rain interfering with the digging operations. Onions are bringing from £5 5/ to £5 15/ per ton. Demand is fair and supplies good. Pickling onions are selling at 7/6 per cwt. Cabbages are bringing 5/ per sack; carrots, 4/3 per sugar bag; parsnips, 4/6 per sugar bag; swede turnips, 3/3 per sugar bag. Pumpkins are selling at 6/ per cwt; marrows, at 0/ per cwt; while i hubi'.rb is bringing 2/9 per do:',en bundles. French beans and green pears are at pieten; not available.
