FRANKTON STOCK SALE.
At the stock sale at Fraiikton to-day there was a medium yarding of beef, which sold to £3 10/ per 1001b. Best prime ox brought £8 1!)/10; mediumweight bullocks, £7 5/; light, £5 10/. There was a medium yarding of sheep, which sold at late rates. Eat wethers sold at 25/3; light, 22/' to 22/6; prime heavy ewes, IS/ to 19/2; medium heavy, 1-1/ to 15/7; light and unfinished, 13/0; extra heavy lambs, 20/11; medium-weight, 17/6 to 21/. Top weight Viacon pigs sold to £3 6/; baconers to porkers, 30/ to 35/, with store pigs at late rates and weaners easier.
