LONG BRITISH AIR ROUTE. ROME, February 2. Lieutenant-Colonel F. C. Shclmerdine, Director of Civil Aviation, has reached an agreement with the Italian air authorities, which will enable the ParisBrindisi section of the Anglo-Indian air route to be completed by air instead of by train, probably beginning in the summer.
