ANNUAL CUP DAT. The Akarana Yacht Club will hold their annual "cup" dn.v to-morrow, when the C and E class will compete for the Commemoration Cup. the H, D and N class for Capt. G. White's Cup, the M. V and S class for the Ileolin Cup, and the T, X and Y class for the Eliot Davis Cup. The scow Waikouini will act as flagship and will be moored off the clubhouse, the races starting between the flagship and the compass dolphin. An At Home will be held in the clubhouse during the afternoon, followed by a danco in the evening. The entries and handicaps are : — Commemoration Cup, for Classes C and E, to start at 2.30 p.m. Course, from starting line between flagship and compass dolphin, round Bastion beacon (port), thence round Dueler Spit buoy (starboard), thence round Bastion beacon (starboard), finishing at starting line.—Speedwell, scr; Maybelle, CJm ; I'andora, 15m. Capt. White Cup, for Classes H, L and N, to start at 2.38 p.m. Course, same as first race; —Omatere, scr; Celox, 11m; Mona, 5 Jm; Komuri, Marie, Sin; Ngai'u, 12m ; Winifred, 14m; Isobel, 19m. Eliot Davis and Club Cnp, for Classes T, X and Y, to start at 2.4(5 p.m. Course from flagship round Sandspit (starboard), thence round Bastion beacon (starboard), thence round liesolution buoy (starboard), thence round Sandspit (starboard), thence round Resolution buoy (starboard), finishing ut llagslilp.—Raider, scr; Kybila, Rebel, Jm ; Shalimar, lm ; Valet, ilm ; Kea, 4m ; Rangi, sm; Jupiter, Bin; Swlftsure, 12m.
