Miss Dora Busby, a great-niece of Mr. James Busby, the first and only British Resident at the Bay of Islands, arrived by the Wanganclla from Sydney yesterday, to represent the Australian branch of tho Busby family at the Waitangi Treaty celebrations. Miss Busby, who is staying at the Hotel Cargen, will leave for the North to-day.
