TENNIS FINALS.
NUMEROUS SPECTATORS.
•In gloripus weather the Auckland Lawn Tennis Association championship finals were played on the Stanley Street courts yesterday. Noticeable was the rush for scats in the shade, and lucky were the spectators who thought of bringing their sun glasses, as the glare was at its worst when some of the most interesting matches took place. The Parnell Tennis Club lady members were responsible for the delightful luncheon and tea, supplied in the intervals. Among the large number of tennis enthusiasts that attended were:; Mrs. Percy Harrison, Mrs. Harold Clay, Mrs. J.. B.
