"Disarmament Useless," Says Poland. BIG BUDGET ESTIMATES. (Received 3 p.m.) WARSAW, January 2H. The Minister of Finance, M. L. Zawadzki, in presenting the Budget, in which the War" Ministry's estimates are 35 per cent of the total figure, says: "The Geneva Disarmament Conference is practically wrecked, making a further reduction of war estimates impossible." Accordingly it is announced that the Polish Government intends to build two destroyers, two minesweepers and three submarines.
