FORGERY ALLEGED.
YOUNG MAORI CHARGED.

TE KUITI, this day.
A young native, Charlie Kingi, who was arrested at Hangatiki by Detective - Sergeant Thompson, was charged this morning with forging the name of Kingi Te Mate, to two vouchers drawn by the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Board, one on August 19 for £3 3/, and one on August 29 for £16 17/4. Accused was remanded until Friday.
