MARAMA'S SUMMER CRUISE. HAPPY HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE. On a wave of vocal harmony the summer cruise of the Union Steam Ship Company's steamer Marama ended at Queen's wharf at 9 o'clock yesterday. Since Monday evening the liner had visited Whangaroa, the Bay of Islands and the Great Barrier, .with the result that her 200 passengers had thoroughly enjoyed their experience of life at sea and, in perfect weather, had visited many places of historic interest. The appreciation of all on board was expressed with enthusiastic cheers for Captain G. B. As the vessel lay at anchor in Port Fitzroy the passengers entered with zest into the spirit of carnival, while in the dinner and decorative arrangements the ste&msliip company excelled itself.
