WATERFRONT EMPLOYMENT. WELLINGTON UNION'S CLAIM. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Union men on the coal corner of the waterfront refused to work this morning, asking for a more equal distribution of work.
