THE WEATHER OUTLOOK. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON", this day. A narrow trough of low pressure, extending froni the south to the north, is now commencing to cross the Dominion. There has been a rapid rise of pressure over- the western Tasinan Sea. The forecast is for' moderate to strong northerly winds, reaching gale force in places, and backing to southlies this evening. ( The weather is likely to be unsettled, 'and some rain is probable, "with thunder in places. Seas will become rather rough to rough.
