Police to-day arrested Joseph Cerardi, a former pugilist, 011 a charge of holding his insane wife, Sophie Cerardi, aged 43, a prisoner for two years in a six by eight-foot room in his home here. I Physicians examined the woman and found that she had wasted away to 3st 1 lib. Mrs. Cerardi was completely nude and jabbered inarticulately in several languages. The husband claimed that lie had removed his wife from a sanatorium to "take care of her."
