CONVERTING DEBENTURES.
WELLINGTON RESULTS. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. It. was stated to-day that over 99 pelcent of the Wellington City Council debentures raised in the Dominion would be converted under the council's conversion scheme. The notices of dissent are lees than a half per cent.
