MARKETING PROPOSALS. * * STATEMENT BY MR. lORNS. , (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TIMAEU, this day. New proposals of the Dairy Produce Board in connection with, the marketing of New Zealand produce in England were discussed by Mr. W. A. lorns, chairman of the board, in addressing dairymen at Temuka, to-day. Mr. lorns said the board waa not trying to force their proposals on the factories, but did not like to see the factories selling produce at prices which could be bettered considerably _ by waiting a few months. There might, he said, be some alterations in th« 2 methods of marketing, but the board would not interfere with the factories. The shipping companies had agreed to try to work ships to schedule, and ;f this was effected tire aim of the was to get seven boatloads a week into the Thames.
