CAR SKIDS OVER BANK.
ONE MAN IN HOSPITAH

PAHIATUA, this day.
A car containing a party of Kaitawa settlers skidded over a bank at Mangarama Hill. Mr. Tom Scanlon suffered a broken collarbone and other injuries, and was admitted to the Pahiatua Hospital. Mr. Jim Scanlon, the driver, was also injured, but Mr. J. Booth escaped lightly.
