COMIC OPERA SEASON.

His Majesty's Theatre was ■rtrell attended last night for the sixth performance of "The Merry Widow," which was received with enthusiasm. "The Merry | Widow" is packed with all the ingredients which please the ear and the eye, including exquisite melodies, excellent musical numbers, an abundance of genuine humour, picturesque stage settings, gorgeous dresses and brilliant ensembles and ballets. Franz Lehar's opera will be repeated to-night and to-morrow evening. On Saturday afternoon and evening and on the three following nights the popular musical comedy "Wildflower" will be staged. "Wildfiower" is one of the musical comedies which have stood the test of time' and it is as popular to-day ae when the leading part was played by Marie Burke.
