A WALKING RESTAURANT.
Can you imagine a whole eating house being carried out on a man's shoulders — all the food, plates, dishes, pots, pans, and even a fire going as well! That is what you would see in Java (Dutch East Indies), where natives go round to the villages with tasty dishes. As soon as the villagers hear the walking eating house approaching they come out, take their seats on the ground, and the one-man eating house starts business, cooking and dishing up the food. Of course, we should think some of the food very strange, but the villagers find it very nice.
