EUGENE CORRI DEAD.
NOTED BOXING REFEREE. 1 (Received 12 nqon.) LONDON, December 21. The death has occurred of Eugene Corri, the well-known boxing referee.
Eugene Corri for •many years was the outstanding boxing referee for the National Sporting Club of London, having retired from active refereeing only a year or two ago, after 30 years' service. By occupation a stockbroker, Corri crashed some years ago, and since then has been engaged almost wholly as boxing referee and critic for'the Press.
