TRIALS AT TE RAPA.

PROLYXO'S GOOD SIX. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.")' HAMILTON", this day. Several interesting gallops were recorded at Te Rapa this morning, when the course proper, with the flags 15ft out, was available for fast work. Prolyxo was going better than Star Artist at the conclusion of six furlongs in 1.15%, the first three taking 375. It was an impressive effort on the part of Prolyxo, who was going easily at the finish. She is to be ridden by H. Wiggins in the sprint race at Takapuna, and this morning's trial indicates that she is in great heart. Limex, from a flying start, got to the end of half a mile in 49%5. She was going well within herself throughout. Limex is handily weighted in the open sprint at Takapuna, and is improved as the result of her Te Rapa outing. Paganelli, Boughal and Sinking Fund left by train this morning for Auckland, and Star Artist, Prolyxo and Limex will leave by float to-morrow. A. Tinker is now riding Lucid us in the Takapuna Plate and R. McTavish will be on Sinking Fund.
