Expected Move of Disarmament Conference. MR. BRUCE NOT GOING. / (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 24. Mr. S. M. Bruce, Australian High Commissioner, has decided not to go to the Geneva Disarmament Conference on October 25, as he expects it will merely adjourn.
