ALLEGED N.Z. THEFT.
ACCUSED TO BE DEPORTED. (Received 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Horace John Algar, 42, company manager, was charged at the Central Court with stealing £143 3/U from Raymond Swanger and others at Wellington. Algar was arrested aboard the Waganella. The Court made an order that defendant be handed over to the custody of Constable Brown, of Wellington, for return to New Zealand.
