An amneing law case was heard in Germany recently, when an author sued an actor for ruining lite plav, which ran for only one night. The "run" was claimed to be the shortest in the world. America, however, claims the shortest run of any play, which ran for only three acts out of four. At the end of the first act the critics left, at the end of tho second the audience left, and at the end of the third the cast left.
