SEAMEN'S PROTEST.
NATURALISATION CASE.
The following- resolution was passed at the Seamen's Union monthly stopwork meeting 011 Tuesday: "That this meeting of the Auckland branch of the Federated Seamen's Union records an emphatic protest against the action of the Government in seeking to revoke the naturalisation of Ivan Tomasevic, with a view to his ultimate! deportation on account of his political beliefs, We., as workers, advocate freedom of political expression, and we demand the cessation of such acts of repression."
