FESTIVAL SERVICE

GIRLS' FRIENDLY SOCIETY. The festival service in connection with the Girls' Friendly Society rally was held at St. Matthew's Church last, evening, when there was a large congregation of members and associates. When representative members of each parish carried their banner up to the chancel, the scene was an impressive one. Archbishop Averill preached a helpful sermon, urging all members to keep Vhc high standard of their society.
