MOVEMENT LIKELY AT HOME.
(Received 10 a.m.) LOXDOX, October 1. The "Sunday Despatch" believes, that a bill legalising totes for dog racing courses will be introduced in the Houee of Commons, and will be passed early in 1031, restoring the machine before the summer, and re-employing 20,000 people.
