AUSTRALIA AND WHEAT TALKS (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 28. Australia was not represented at today's meeting of the principal wheat exporting countries with the Russian delegates, at which no definite conclusions were reached. Further negotiations will be carried on between the Governments. The outstanding questions now principally concern North America and Russia. Australia will again participate in the discussions when the'others make some headway.
