of Disarmament Conference. U.S. DELEGATE ON WAY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, September 1. The Disarmament Conference is expected to reassemble on October 9, and the informal discussions between representatives of British and other Governments on various points to come before that body aro expected to take place before it starts. Mr. Norman Davis (America) is on his way to Europe and will be in London next week.
