The Papakura branch of the Franklin Returned Soldiers' Assn. held a reunion in the Paragon Theatre, Mr. S. D. Rice presiding over a large attendance. Among those present was Mr. J. !N. Massey, MJ?. for Franklin. The following artists rendered items:—Messrs. J. Gasparich, J. Sylverston, L. Kernot, Fred O'Hara, G. Storey.
