GANDHI'S HEALTH.
REMARKABLE RECOVERY. (Received 12.30 p.m.) DELHI, August 31. Gandhi is reported to be having a series of political discussions with Congressmen. His health is restored, which is remarkablo in view of the report that he was released by the Bombay Government because he was in a dying condition.
