HITLER GREETED.
PEALING BELLS AT NUREMBERG (Received 1 p.m.) NUREMBERG, August 31. All the bells in the city of Nuremberg pealed as the Chancellor, Herr Hitler, arrived in a motor car for the Nazi Congress. In a brief speech in response to the burgomaster's welcome, Herr Hitler said he had decided that all future party congresses should bo held in Nuremberg as a symbol that the movement was not only a continuation of German greatness, but also of German art and civilisation. President Hindenburg has appointed Captain Goering as a general in the Reichswehr in recognition of his services in tho liberation of Germany.
