BANK OF AUSTRALASIA. INTERIM DIVIDEND 7 P.C. P.A. The directors of the Bank of Australasia have declared an interim dividend at the rate of 7 per cent per annum. This is the same rate as was paid for the 1 ■ evious twelve months. ADAIR BROS. VEAR'S DIVIDEND 2% PER CENT. The 25th annual report and balancesheet of Adair Bros., Ltd., shows not profit for the year ended July 31 as £7D7. This T'ith £422 brought forward, leaves a credit balance of £1220. The directors rlcom'inend a dividend of 216 per cent, which will absorb £100"). The reserve a, count totals £10,000, a'nd is employed in the business. Paid capital stands at £- 1 2 200.
