BOROUGH BY-ELECTION.
MT. ALBERT NOMINATIONS. Two nominations have been received for the vacant seat in E ward on the Mount Albert Borough Council caused by the election of Mr. K. E. Fcrner as Mayor of the borough. The nominees are Messrs. H. A. Anderson and A. G. Hultquist, the latter representing Labour. The by-election will be held on September 13.
