THEFT OF GOODS
TWO MEN SENT TO PRISON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON", this day. Robert Bruce McKinley, aged 34, and Henry Ralph Hagen, aged 29, were each sentenced to two years' reformative treatment by Sir. E. Page, S.M. They pleaded guilty to-day to charges of the theft of goods to the total value of £27 13/. The thefts were committed at Taihape and Otaki, and the articles were sold during their peregrinations. It was stated there were long lists of previous convictions, and that the men belonged to the undesirable class.
