DEFEAT LEIGH BY NINE. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, August 30.
The Australian Rugby League team defeated Leigh by 16 points to 7. The Kangaroos ran up 11 points in the second spell, although Leigh had a feast of the ball from the scrums.
