CHORUS FESTIVAL.
NOTABLE MUSICAL EVENT. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, August 30. The Chorus Festival, one of the most notable musical events in Britain, will begin the 213 th recital in Hereford Cathedral on Sunday. Sir Edward Elgar will conduct two of his oratorios, "Gorontius" and "The Kingdom."
