LAWN TENNIS.

THE OTAHUHU CLUB,

In the absence of the president, Mr. W. Iv O'Hnra, Mr. K. 1.. Brown presided over a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Ota huh u Tennis Club, held last evening. The balance-sheet showed the finances to be in a very healthy condition. The report indicated that substantial permanent Improvements had been made to the club's property and the five courts during the last two seasons. The club had lost the services of the secretary. Mr. A. Blair, to whom a presentation had been made on his transfer. Trophies won during the season presented to :— Championships : Ladies singles. Miss Wain : men's singles, Trenwith Clin, D. Cochrane; ladies' junior singles, Jane Whiteley Cup. Miss A. Muir; men's junior singles, D. Bailey. Handicaps : Ladies' singles, Mrs. Whale; ladies doubles, Mrs. Muir and Miss Pinhey : men s singles, A. M. Eliffe; men's doubles, P. Jones and D. Bailey; comhined doubles, Miss A. Muir and A. M. Elliffe. Officers elected: President, Mr. W. Iv. O'Hara ; vice-president. R. L. Brown: treasurer. G. A. Todd ; auditor. W. J. Dinnison ; delegate to the Auckland Lawn Tennis Association. .T. M. M. Muir; committee, Misses E. Whiteiey, E. Todd, A. Muir. Messrs. A. M. Elliffe. J. Browne and U. Gardiner. The election of a secretary was left to the incoming committee.

PUKEROA CLUB.

The annual general meeting of the Pukeroa Tenuis Club was held in the Club's pavilion, Mountain Koad. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of nearly £ 100, and the president in his report commented upon the very satisfactory season experienced. The club is again under the patronage of Mr. 11. C. McCoy and Mr. C. S. liees was. elected to a further term of presidential office. Other officers elected were:— Honorary secretary. Mr. H. Roy ; honorary treasurer, Mr. A. Molr: club captain, Mr. C.
