THIRD OFFENCE.
INTOXICATED s DRIVER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. After pleading guilty in the Magistrate's Court to-day to his third offence of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor car, Walter Fredeiick Morris, aged 34, was fined £30 and prohibited from obtaining a driver's license for five years. Accused wafl also fined £5 on a charge of driving without a license.
