BRITISH HONDURAS.
EXPERT ADVISER'S VISIT. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 29. Sir Alan Pim, late of the Indian Civil Service, has been appointed Financial Commissioner to visit British Honduias and to investigate the financial policy and economic prospects. Mr. Luke, of the Colonial Office, will accompany him as secretary. It is expected that he will leave England on October 19. Sir Alan Pim, who was educated at Trinity College, Dublin, an( l Leipzig University, entered the Indian Civil bervice in 1894, and held various important positions, retiring in 1930 as officiating Finance Member of' Government.
