Mr. Seott-Paine will not start the motors of his speed-boat, Miss Britain 111., again 1 until it i 3 time for the first Harmsworth race against Mr. Gar Wood on Saturday. iHe announced to-day: "My boat is perI forming beautifully, and it is not necessary to take any unnecessary chances. 11 • am' ready for the race." 1
