Miss Hilda Morse, has returned from a holiday spent at the Chateau, National Park. * * * * Mrs. J. McLennan, of Masterton, is staying with Mrs. M. J. Gordon, of Epsom. * * * * Mrs. C. M. Butlin, wife of Commander Butlin, of H.M.A.s. Canberra, is at the Station Hotel. * Miss Marjorie Mappin, of Mountain Road, Epsom, leaves 011 Friday for National Park. * * * » Miss Dorothy Dawson,, of Remuera, leaves on a visit to the Chateau, TOll- - on Friday. * » * # Mrs. W. 11. Woods, of Sydney, is touring the Dominion, and is staying at the Central Hotel. Mrs. G. A. Latimer, of Remuera, left by car yesterday for the thermal district and Hawke's Bay. * * * * Station Hotel visitors include: Mrs. Loisel, Tolaga Bay, and the Misses F. and T. Hewitt, of Morrinsville. * * * * Mr. and Mrs. H. Freeman, left by the Mariposa 011 Saturday, and will make their future home at Suva, Fiji. Miss Vera Moginie, who is residing in New Plymouth, is spending the vacation with her mother, Mrs. A. F. Moginie, Remuera. * * * * Mrs. Burger? Watson and Mrs. Winch motored to Russell on Saturday and watched the inter-squadron regatta on Monday and Tuesday, and are returning to Auckland to-day.
