AVALON CLUB. The above club continued its programme with a race from Taumarunui, an airline distance of 144 miles, in perfect weather. The winning bird, the property of Messrs. POINT CHEVALIER CLUB.

The Point Chevalier Homing Club flew a race on Saturday from Tiunterville in fine weather, an airline distance of 228 miles. Forty-one birds were entered in the race.
