DIVORCES GRANTED.
UNDEFENDED PETITIONS
Several undefended petitions in divorce were heard by his Honor, Mr. Justice Herdman, at the Supreme Court this morning. Orders for restitution of conjugal rights were made on the application of the petitioner in the following suits: — George Douglae McLeod (Mr. M. Adams) against ' Christina Viva Margaret McLeod; Lionel G. Wood (Mr. Hubble) against Laura Ada Wood; George Frederick Lockley (Mr. Singer) against Kitty Lockley. On the ground of either mutual or judicial separation for a period of at least three years, decrees nisi were granted to petitioners in the following cases: —Percy Arthur Mayes (Mr. Singer) against Elizabeth J. Mayes; Walter Champion (Mr. Hunt) against Alice Maud Champion; Isabella Oliphant Fisher (Mr, Singer) against Walter Donald Fisher.
A decree nisi was granted Cecil Clarence Penny (Mr. Singer) against Doris Ida Penny, who had failed to comply with an order for restitution made in April last.
A decree nisi was granted on the petition of Mary Ann Carnac (Mr. Turner) against Nelson Charles E. Carnac on the grounds of adultery.
