DEATH SENTENCE.
Chittagong Conspiracy Leader. WOMAN DEPORTED FOR LIFE. (Received 10 a.m.) CALCUTTA, August 14. Surjya Sen and Tarakeshwar Dastidar were sentenced to death at Chittagong arising out of the notorious armoury raid murders. Miss Kalpana Dutt was sentenced to life transportation, which means imprisonment outside Bengal. Surjya was , " regarded' as the master mind in the Chittagong conspiracy and the leader of the revolutionaries.
