TOM MANN DEBARRED.
NOT ALLOWED INTO AMERICA
(Received 12.30 p.m.)
LONDON, August 13
The American Government has refused to allow Mr. Tom Mann, the British Socialist leader, to enter the United States, where he desired to proceed as bead of the British anti-war delegation. This decision was due to Mr. Mann's conviction on December 10 last arising out of Hyde Park demonstrations and also because he was banned in 1923. owing to his suspected sympathies with the I.W.W.
