The offering of sheepskins was a large . one, and included some very attractive parcels of halfbreds and. fine crossbreds. There was a good offering of hides, which were lower as a result of the unsteady market overseas. In hides, heavy and medium ox showed . a decline of a farthing, light-weight ox , and all grades of cow hides were three- j eighths of a penny and occasionally a half- ■ penny easier.
