NOT GUILTY.
CHIROPRACTOR AT NAPIER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER. Friday. The retrial of John Robert Victor Hart, chiropractor, on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the death of Henry Gordon Aitken, resulted in a verdict of not guilty being returned by the jury at the Supreme Court to-day. The case arose out of the treatment by chiropractic methods of the young man, Aitken, who was suffering froni pneumonia, and who subsequently died.
