PROFIT OF £750.
DOUBLE LAST YEAR'S
A profit on the Auckland winter exhibition of some £750 was announced at a meeting of the Auckland Manufacturers' Association yesterday.
"In other words," said Mr. Allum, "the profit is about doubTe what it was last year."
Mr. S. Takle congratulated the managers 011 the result. At the same time he wished to draw the attention of members to the necessity of securing something interesting in the exhibitions. If members had any friends overseas, they should take steps to communicate with them.
Mr. Allum, wlio said ho agreed with Mr. Takle, remarked that steps were being taken to that end.
