CHARGE. DISMISSED
"I'm afraid, as tho evidence turned out, that it is rather weak," said Detec-tive-Sergeant Mcllugh, in the Police Court this morning, after evidence had been heard in the charge of indecent assaidt against an elderly man, James Thomas Walker (Mr. W. Noble). "Yes, I cannot send this ease up for trial," remarked tho magistrate, and he thereupon dismissed it.
